Discussions

Revised By-law Fees
The Commission reviewed proposed changes to the fee schedule and decided to take them under advisement and vote on the matter at the April 14th meeting.  Becky will place a Public Hearing Notice in the paper to solicit public comment.
Community Preservation Act
Dave Harris suggested that part of the 10% of monies allocated to Conservation could pay for signage at the various Conservation sites in Town.  Mr. Vacca commented that during tagging in the spring, the sites could be evaluated and ranked.  Mr. Kemmett recommended that we use the ArcView GPS  to input trail data onto the State GIS system.
Maquan Pond
Mr. Vacca reported that Alan Osgood has put pressure on the Selectmen to get money to fix the structure at Camp Kiwanee.
Trailer at Indian Head Pond
Mr. Vacca advised the Commission that a Kathy Kiley from DEP was contacted by Mr. Brian Young of Pembroke and she expressed concern that the trailer belonging to Mr. Colburn should be moved and pulled away from the pond.  She suggested to Mr. Vacca that we advocate that idea to Mr. Colburn.
